Tony McHale

Earlier/current work: In the 1990s he was a writer and director on the BBC soap opera EastEnders. He co-created BBC medical drama Holby City and for 4 years he was its executive producer and showrunner (2007-2010). He has written numerous episodes of the TV series Casualty and Holby City and a number of episodes for Dalziel & Pascoe, Boon, The Bill, Eldorado. In his early career as a TV actor he worked with Jeremy Beadle on ITV programme Beadle's About.
